Michele’s knack for operations and systems management blossomed early on as the eldest of four siblings. She naturally took on the role of family manager (whether her siblings appreciated it or not). These organizational talents seamlessly transitioned into her professional life, spanning service industries, higher education administration, and small business operations and management.
As the Operations Manager at Ktisis Capital, Michele keeps the gears turning smoothly. She collaborates closely with the Ktisis team to oversee internal and external operations, handling everything from accounting and contracting to human resources and cultivating a positive internal culture.
Michele is a proud graduate of Grand Valley State University with a degree in Public Administration, she went on to earn an M.Ed in Higher Education Administration with a focus on Student Affairs from North Carolina State University. Her appreciation for education extends to her family and community as she is often spotted chaperoning her community activities, from choir camps in Northern Michigan to capstone projects in Puerto Rico.
